CHATGPT + OPTIMLISTER

Write Etsy listings that get found, from ChatGPT.

Connect once and ChatGPT writes the Etsy listing the way Etsy wants it: a 140-character title, all 13 tags used well, materials, and a description that tells the story buyers came for.

WHY CONNECT IT

All 13 tags, earned

Tags come from live demand data, not guesswork - the slots Etsy gives you actually get used.

Lifestyle-first media

Etsy buyers shop the photo. The same connection restages your product photo into warm lifestyle scenes and makes the listing video.

The other supported marketplaces

Once the Etsy version is right, ask for the Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop version of the same product in one message.

PASTE THIS TO START

Write my Etsy listing for this product: <describe it>. Fill all 13 tags with real search phrases, keep the title inside 140 characters, and write the description as a story.

Questions

Does it know Etsy's rules?

Yes - title length, tag count, materials and attribute conventions are checked as it writes, so the listing pastes clean into the Etsy editor.

Does this cost extra on top of ChatGPT?

The MCP server and API key come with every Optimlister plan, including Free. Tool calls price exactly like the site: listings use your monthly listings, photos and video use credits at the same rates, and free tools stay free.

Is this official MCP?

Yes - Optimlister runs a standard MCP (Model Context Protocol) server over HTTP, the same open standard ChatGPT uses for all its connectors. One URL, one key, no extension to install.

Can it do my whole shop?

Ask ChatGPT to run a media-gap scan across your saved listings - it reports which products still need photos or video and quotes the exact credit cost before generating anything.

See it work

Three steps, and what each one actually produces - words, pictures and video.

Give it what you have

A listing, a link, a photo, a product name, or the email a marketplace just sent you.

It writes, draws and checks, per marketplace

Six different listings and the images to go with them, each to that marketplace's limits and rules, with measured keywords behind the words.

You publish; it keeps watching

Files, exact fields or one-click fill; then daily rank, price and listing-health watch.

Why each version differs: every card is written fresh to the rule printed on it - Amazon now uses a 75-character Item name plus 125-character Item Highlights and benefit bullets, Etsy uses buyer-friendly titles and up to 13 tags, eBay uses item specifics, and Walmart uses structured attributes. The meter under each title shows how much of that marketplace's title limit the example uses. Every asset here is a real generator output with its exact cost - see the receipts.
