Build on Optimlister

Every one of the 71 tools in the catalog runs over a plain REST API and an MCP server, and the key comes with every plan - including Free. Your customers see your product. Optimlister is the engine behind it - and every listing draft is structured for marketplace search fields and machine-readable product facts. Sellers still review the output and current marketplace rules before publishing.

Your brand, your prices, your Stripe

You own the frontend completely - every page, every pixel, every price. Your customers pay you through your own billing, and we never see them, their cards or their refunds. You pay one subscription: the Agency tiers are the wholesale tiers, and whether you spend that capacity in our dashboard or through the API is up to you. There is nothing to apply for and nobody to talk to first.

When you outgrow the top tier: Agency Partner

The wholesale tiers top out at 2,520 listings a month. The agencies that pass that do not get pushed onto a bigger flat plan - they move to Agency Partner and keep growing on a metered rate that falls as they scale. You keep the $399 base and its 2,520 listings, and everything above is billed monthly against real usage, at a per-listing rate that drops in bands as your volume grows - so the bigger you get, the less each listing costs. We set the numbers with you by hand.

How it works, step by step

  1. Sign up free. Email in, click the link we send, your account exists. No card.
  2. Copy your key from your account page. One string - it is how our engine knows a call is yours.
  3. Keep the key on your server. Never paste it into your web page - page code is public, and anyone who reads it could spend your listings. Your pages talk to your server; your server talks to us.
  4. Make one call. Copy the example below, swap in your key, run it. Then swap the tool name for any of the 71 in the docs.
  5. Build your product around it. Your pages, your brand, your prices, your checkout. Your customers pay you and never see us.
  6. Upgrade when real volume arrives. Free is for building and demoing; the wholesale tiers are for operating. The gate tells you the moment you need one.

What people build

An agency, at wholesale

Run every client catalog through one Agency subscription. The dashboard is optional - work the API from your own tooling, and your clients only ever see your reports.

A feature inside your SaaS

A repricer, inventory tool or seller CRM adds write-the-listing as a button. Your backend calls one endpoint with your key; your customers never leave your product or learn our name.

An AI agent that lists

Point an agent at the MCP server and it can roast, rewrite, check policy and prepare publishing on its own - the same catalog, spoken fluently by machines.

Five minutes to the first call

Sign up free, copy the key from your account, and run a tool. No sales call, no sandbox application. Building costs nothing: the Free key is a real key to the whole catalog, with enough monthly listings to develop and demo every flow. You start paying when your customers show up - that is what the wholesale tiers are for.

curl -X POST https://optimlister.ai/api/v1/tools/roast_listing \
    -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \
    -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"listing_text": "Bamboo cutting board set of 3..."}'

Every tool documents itself at the API docs - inputs, outputs and the MCP server included.

The economics

Listings, at wholesale

Agency is $179 a month for 1,020 listings (170 products on all six marketplaces) - about 18 cents each. Agency Plus is $399 for 2,520 (420 products) - 16 cents each. Charge a client $5 a listing, modest by agency standards, and you keep about 96 cents of every dollar.

Photos and video, on credits

A Standard image is 2 credits, an 8-second Standard video is 17. Packs are $10 for 50, $25 for 140, $60 for 350 - bought before they are spent, so media cost can never run ahead of you.

Market data, resellable

Live Amazon and Google search volumes (1 credit a report) and rank tracking with daily rechecks and drop alerts - the data layer the Amazon-only suites charge three figures a month for, callable from your product like everything else here.

The limits, stated plainly

Capacity is metered by tier: your monthly listings are the business limit, daily caps keep single tools honest, and hard spend ceilings - scaled to each tier - make a runaway loop our problem, not your invoice. Outgrow a ceiling and a reply to any Optimlister email raises it; on a paid plan the answer is almost always yes. Bulk runs and catalog import open at Studio and above. Publishing runs through exports and the publish tools today; a Chrome extension that fills marketplace forms in the seller's own browser session is in review. Optimlister writes and checks listings; it does not sync stock or orders between marketplaces, and it will not pretend to.

See it work

Three steps, and what each one actually produces - words, pictures and video.

1
Give it what you have
A listing, a link, a photo, a product name, or the email a marketplace just sent you.
2
It writes, draws and checks, per marketplace
Six different listings and the images to go with them, each to that marketplace's limits and rules, with measured keywords behind the words.
3
You publish; it keeps watching
Files, exact fields or one-click fill; then daily rank, price and listing-health watch.

Why each version differs: every card is written fresh to the rule printed on it - Amazon now uses a 75-character Item name plus 125-character Item Highlights and benefit bullets, Etsy uses buyer-friendly titles and up to 13 tags, eBay uses item specifics, and Walmart uses structured attributes. The meter under each title shows how much of that marketplace's title limit the example uses. Every asset here is a real generator output with its exact cost - see the receipts.
