Where your data stands

Your vault — the listings, roasts, images, and exports you create — plus your account basics (email, plan) and run metadata (which tool ran, when, and whether it succeeded) so quotas and daily caps work. Anonymous visitors using the free roast are counted by a one-way hashed connection fingerprint; we never store raw IP addresses.

We never sell your data. We never show your listings, keywords, or catalog to another customer — your copy is never used to help a competitor. We never train shared models on your content without your explicit opt-in. Public roast pages exist only at unguessable links you choose to share, and the Hall of Flame shows scores only, never the roasts themselves.

If you choose to tell us what happened to a listing after publishing — approved, flagged, suppressed — we use it to sharpen the compliance intelligence that protects every listing we write for you, and we publish only aggregate statistics. Opting out costs you nothing and is the default.

Export packs (CSV/JSON) are built in and always yours. To delete your account and vault, email support@optimlister.ai from your account address — deletion is permanent and confirmed by reply.
